The Intention:

During the 96-hour process of creating this bread, each loaf has a clear positive intention directed to it by the baker.  Thoughts of love, nourishment, and positive energy are pointedly directed to each loaf before baking. Oh we know it sounds so "New-Age" but we believe in putting good thoughts into our bread!

Even our ingredients enjoy a positive intention sent to them.  All of our sourdough yeast starters get an extra intention of love placed on them during the first part of fermentation.
